Information collected
The form requests your name, email address, telephone number with country code, area of interest and message. Telephone and the other marked fields are required by this form, not by law. You can contact us by email instead. Please provide only information relevant to your enquiry and do not send identity documents, payment details or sensitive personal information through the form.
Our form, email and hosting providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details and request records to deliver and secure their services. Squarespace provides hosting and technical services. Nonessential cookies are restricted in the site settings and the visitor Activity Log is disabled. See our Cookies & Website Technology notice.
Why information is used
We use enquiry information to respond, understand the services you are seeking and manage related correspondence. Where you ask us to take steps before entering a contract with you personally, the relevant basis is taking steps at your request before a contract. For general enquiries and correspondence with representatives of companies, we rely on our legitimate interests in responding to prospective clients and conducting business. Security and misuse prevention also support our legitimate interests in protecting our communications and website.
Where a legal obligation requires us to retain or disclose information, we rely on that obligation. This form does not subscribe you to marketing. Any later service involving additional data or purposes will require further information appropriate to that service.
Who receives information
Submitting the form sends your information through Squarespace for delivery to asset@akc.group. Our email and technology providers help us handle these communications. Google reCAPTCHA is enabled to help prevent automated abuse and may process device and interaction information. We may also disclose information where required by law or necessary for legal claims.

International processing
Squarespace and its service providers may process information outside the UK, including in the United States. Squarespace describes its applicable transfer safeguards in its Data Processing Addendum, including the UK extension to the Data Privacy Framework and, where applicable, contractual safeguards with the UK Addendum. Email-provider arrangements require confirmation before launch.
Retention
Enquiry information should be retained only for as long as needed to resolve the enquiry, manage relevant follow-up and meet applicable legal or record-keeping requirements. Relevant criteria include whether discussions are ongoing, whether a client relationship results and whether records are needed for a legal claim. These criteria and the service providers’ retention arrangements require confirmation against AKC’s operational practices before launch.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances and lawful basis, you may request access to your information, correction, erasure, restriction of processing or data portability. Exceptions may apply, for example where records must be retained by law.
You have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact asset@akc.group and explain your request. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity and will respond within the applicable legal time limits.
You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office through ico.org.uk, whether or not you contact us first.
Automated decisions and updates
The website does not make decisions about you with legal or similarly significant effects through automated profiling. This notice will be updated if the site’s data handling changes.
